Cyberview and Cofely GDF in joint-venture
Cyberview Sdn Bhd (“Cyberview”), Cyberjaya MALAYSIA and GDF Suez, France are pleased to announce the acquisition of 49% of the capital of Pendinginan Megajana Sdn Bhd (“Megajana”) by Cofely Malaysian Sdn Bhd, GDF Suez’s leading brand for energy services. In this new JV,
